What is this?

Trooper Toolbox is a mod that strives to unlock the ultimate customization menu for your troopers. Built with compatibility in-mind, TT will allow you to take advantage of extra customization slots added in the Door Kickers 2 1.0 update to create the ultimate LARP kit, or bring some extra gear to help maintain order throughout Nowheraki.

Everything should be cross compatible as-is, originally this mod was created for exclusive use on the Galactic Suite of Star Wars Mods I am currently working on; However, I realized others would benefit from this as well so I decided to release it as a standalone mod.

Well-known DK2 modders such as: 20190611, Chad, and Levan have all utilized Trooper Toolbox in some of their most popular mods.

Compatibility:

This mod should be compatible with any mod currently utilizing Anthony's In-game Camo Selector. However, you cannot use TT and Camo Selector at the same time.

Anthony and I agreed to utilize the same custom item slot numbers so that users could pick either of the mod's based on their preference in UI.

While every mod that uses Camo Selector is compatible, some may not utilize all the slots that are available. All this means is that some slots may be empty if they do not have any specialized gear for them.

Popular mods like IOV and Project ARES are 100% compatible, with the small caveat mentioned above.

Idk where to type this so i will just do it here. Changing out the default vanilla crowbar to the TT_Crowbar and disabling the mod, makes a troop unable to breach a locked door without a breaching device (like slap charges dynamic hammer and etc.). Pasting a loadout from a troop that has a crowbar in their hidden inventory dosent fix it. And i have like 4 troops unable to breach because the crowbar in their hidden inventory is gone (in dk2 log you can see the game trying to find the TT_Crowbar).

I believe you can use both without conflict currently, but it cannot be guaranteed for future updates of either mod and it creates redundancy so it isn't recommended.

https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3268090594 requires camo selector to use, I've been using Toolbox together with it with no issue but I'm wondering if there will be any issues since you say only camo selector OR toolbox should be used at the same time

Nice mod, I like it. Would be cool tho if you could add some submods for this to add cosmetics and stuff. Otherwise pretty cool! Keep up the good work!
