Max spread 30 -> 20
Min ducking spread 0.85 -> 0.7
Min standing spread 1.2 -> 0.9
Max movement spread 3 -> 2.25
Penetration power 30 -> 70
Damage 25 -> 38
Range modifier 0.84 -> 0.95
Cycle time 0.0625 -> 0.075
Clip size 50 -> 30

Can be a bit OP in campaigns, where Silenced SMG spawns on first few maps.

Upd. Now should be HUD compatible, I hope.
