原mod介绍
添加一个移除了“屠宰人类”相关心情&社交减益的文化戒律。需要文化DLC。为那些想要发展希望产业，又不想招一基地嗜血食人小人的玩家准备。

如果你没有文化DLC，只是单纯地希望移除减益，可以选用这个非文化戒律版的mod，无需汉化。
