The unique building House of Ea Nasir in the city of Ur is somewhat underwhelming. It takes up one slot and only gives you a meagre victory point and paltry +3 diplomatic relations.
Since I like unique buildings I meant to make it a bit more useful without overpowering it.
Ea Nasir is famous for being the first recorded mercantile scammer in selling low quality copper. Therefore he will teach your troops how to run faster (to flee from angry customers) and he will reduce your bronze upkeep (by fraudulently undercutting copper prices):
