Description
Removes the ability of all default races to steal research. Only works in new games after enabling mod. Probably not compatible with any other mod that changes the default races, and does not stop new races from stealing research.

Updated for Atuuk + Wekkarus expansion. Creating another mod that is all-in-one, helping to keep tidy the mod list. That should help with the only trouble I could identify. I'll put a link to it in the description once its up.

Just checked it; it seems to be working on my end. As far as I can tell, its a mod loader issue, which I can't do anything about.

So I'm having an issue where the default races don't say "missing intelligence mission" or anything but the DLC races do. I moved the Mod up and down and checked. I went through your troubleshooting guide and the numbers are in there. And yeah, I restarted the game every time.

Now it shows up properly and all but still even loaded at the end of the mod list it doesn't prevent me from stealing techs.

make sure it is at the end of the list for mods you have; some other mods that seemingly don't affect races actually do. if those are loaded after this, this won't work.

Refreshed Components Facilities and Events is probably one of them.

as for not showing up in the mods list in the first place, I have no idea why it would do that. Even if the mod were completely broken, it should still show up there.

activated the mod but it doens't show up properly in modifications tab, no info or anything and in new game I can still steal tech
