Park | Nine Tenths

Description
A Nine Tenths map set in an urban park, featuring surrounding buildings such as a bank, restaurant with patio, and parking garages. Props can be found spread around, such as benches, trash cans, and flatbeds carrying garbage for the local junkyard. Props will also randomly spawn in the center and near the parking garage.

Currently there are a few weapons, two RPG's, 4 Crossbows, and 4 Frag grenades.
Features a lil easter egg 👀 See if you can find it! (it's not a certain radio, if you're wondering.)

Has AI Nodes and Nav Mesh
- Also Includes a night time version!

hey, i saw that you port models to gmod and i was wondering if you could port the cartoonz model from SFM to gmod as a ragdoll. if you cant or dont want to, i completely understand

thanks, btw I've tested the map rn and the sky is way high up, also there some walls missing detail textures, but great work
