Zeta0080's Rebalance

Introduction:

It is a rebalance of the game which may make the battle more comfortable and more logical. In short, the melee damage is buffed, while ranged weapons are nerfed.

1. Remove AI cheating in Combat, except morale bonus. Peasants shouldn't be as strong as your elite units, it is ridiculous.

2. No more idle time during melee combat. Soldiers will keep fighting each other without waiting. And higher melee damage, but less lethal chance during melee combat. Trust me, the original melee combat is too slow. And this change can make the combat more realistic and more like a movie scene.

3. Protected Generals. They will never be killed by lethal blow.

4. Faster moving speed (20%) for infantry. No more turtle speed!

5. Remove lethal chance of ranged weapons; Decrease range of Bows and Slingers, as they are too op.
