More Fringe Ships

Description
Adds more Fringe Systems Resistance ships. The Fringe Systems Resistance lives on the outskirts of the universe. In shipbuilding, they make do with what they can salvage. That's why many of their ships are one of a kind.

• Adds 10 new Fringe Civilian ships
• Compatible with other mods that add ships (and should be compatible with other mods in general)
• Seamless addition to vanilla aesthetics and balance

I'm getting a directory error of some kind? Whenever I load the game, it says the given key "Any ship name from the mod" was not present in the dictionary. Then doesn't load a new game.
