[Desert Rifle/SCAR] Jax M16A4 Alt Sounds

Description
This M16A4 made by Kass but with different sound effects that suit my taste more. Made for personal use, if the original creator would like this taken down, I will do so.

Includes a VGUI icon.

All credit goes to the original upload, I merely just swapped the sound effects.

Same sound effects as the previous M16A2, I just wasn't a fan of the double-clicking noise on the mag-insert of the original addon.
