Explode and ignite the apocalypse with pinpoint accuracy with these improved upgrades! No more leaving your medkit behind!

This script is intended for players who want more powerful Upgrades that don't eat up the Medkit slot, as well as Incendiary Ammo that doesn't extinguish itself in the blink of an eye, and deadly accurate Laser Sights. Also makes Explosive Ammo appear more frequently!
I gave them some large buffs without making them extremely overpowered.

*100% chance of at least ONE upgrade to appear per level (whenever possible)
*Increased spawn chance of all upgrades in every level
*Longer lasting fire ammo burn (4 > 30)
*More accurate laser sights
*Reduced deploy time of both ammo upgrades (1.9 > 0.6)
*Both Ammo Upgrades moved to Slot 5 / Small Healing Items slot

+Increased probability of any upgrade spawning in the map (25% > 100%)
+Increased spawn chance on map (6.48% > 25%)
+Increased incendiary ammo burn duration (4 seconds > 30 seconds)
+Increased laser sights spread reduction bonus (60% > 80%)
+Decreased ammo pack deploy time (1.9 seconds > 0.6 seconds)
+Moved to Slot 5 (Exclusive with Pills and Adrenaline)
