Remove The Rag from a Molotov

Description
Simple tweak mod made for me and my friends, it allows you to remove the cloth from a Molotov and get your cloth back (albeit dirty) and a clothless bottle full of the liquid substance that was inside, ex. to use to fill a car, ect. You also have the option to re-craft it into a Molotov again.
