Description
Adds the Rail Cannon and Burst Rail Cannon, giant versions of the rail gun:

- Burst Rail Cannon: 2x damage, 2x penetration, 4x cost, shoots 2-shot bursts if supplied with enough power.
--Overclock: shoots 4-shot bursts but generates MASSIVE heat.

- Rail Cannon: 4x damage, 2x penetration, 4x cost, causes explosions if it gets past armor.
--Overclock: Deals more explosive damage for carving bigger chunks out of ships, but generates MASSIVE heat.

nice mod,maybe some new textures for the cannon,its kind of odd seeing all out ofproportion textures
