Description
Capturing mercantile city-states will no longer remove their unique luxury resource

Militaristic city-states will now also gift sea units, if the receiving city is coastal

Allied city-states may be used as airbases, stationing 3 aircraft - increases to 5 if the city-state has an airport. Upon losing allied status, aircraft are automatically re-based to any carrier/city in range, otherwise, they are disbanded

New mercantile city-state resource
Acts just like Porcelain and Jewelry

After getting a mercantile city-state, either via conquest, Austria or Venice, the unique resource will remain in the city, giving happiness and allowing you to trade it

Ship gifts are era dependent, and also have a 50% chance to be a unique unit

@CrusaderF8 Yeah, it's like a 99% chance. Some games you will only have 1 coastal city so it's rare this is the city that is chosen by the city states to receive the gift

If the receiving city of a gifted unit is coastal, is it ALWAYS a naval unit that is gifted? If it's not supposed to be, then something is not right, as 100% of the units I received were naval units, but all of my cities in that game were coastal so that might be why.

@ment0l It should be compatible, you will just have a city state only perfume and another generated perfume. But I haven't tested

If you want to remove it entirely then comment out all rows that reference RESOURCE_PERFUME in the .xml

Is this compatible with Gaias "+Resource Compendium+", since both are adding Perfume as city state resource?
If not, is it possible to remove it from either mod? I REALLY like the other changes you did :)
