[TF2] Repair-Node, with leaked textures

The scrapped repair node model did exist in the SFM files, but did not have its textures, leading to many to create their own fan made textures for it, which is great, but recently there was a huge tf2 repository leak, and the official textures for the repair node were found.

Since no one has yet ported a fixed version of the repair node to SFM with these official leaked textures, I decided to take it upon myself to do just that, so here we are.

The textures were actually retrieved from a mod made by wolfcl0ck, so huge credits to them;

Other than that, both the models and the textures belong to Valve.

-Repair node models(levels 1, 2, and 3)
-Separate light and note attachments
-4 skingroups(RED/BLU and screen On/Off)
-Posable radar and dial needle
