[LIG] Morathi Fix

This is a simple standolone submod of [LIG] Reskin - Morathi Created by Less Is Good.

This sub mod restores Morathi's sword and changes the textures of her skin to ones more in line with the rest of the sorceresses. All the credits are for the original author, if you like it, rate he work.
