Usable Time Compression

Description
Working 2025

Seems to me going to time setting 4 (1800) or 5 (15000) breaks the game.
So here those are removed and replaced with 450 and 900

Does not change the visible vanilla number but is much slower.

Makes setting 4 and 5 usable and means no dropping out of time compression with aircraft already dropping bombs on you, or waltzing into the middle of a convoy.

ADDED BONUS of making the sea feel bigger (longer to transit) and patrols more immersive (takes longer in real time)!

Think its save game compatible, if not delete data, cache, temp folder here: C:\Users\"USER"\AppData\LocalLow\Deep Water Studio\UBOAT

@Luckyshot that could be for many reasons on your end, either to do with crew management or environmental conditions

Maximum speed still dropped me right in the middle of a convoy with very large convoys enabled

Thank you for this. As someone who grew up on the Silent Hunter series you have found my old friend 250x time compression lol... Always was my default map travel then.. was triggering with how fast you went in this games defaults. Usual ended up in the middle of a very "FUN" time lol...

With deadly skies and aircraft bundles I had it happen in Oct 39, 6am, clear skies. Planes spawned 300 meters away and had 5 seconds before bombs dropped. I compared the original times in the data sheet to the original time compression and it seems like it is 540/1080 instead of the listed 450/900.
