SS3 Khnum Gibbing

Description
The Khnum in Serious Sam 3 now can get gibbed with the Cannon and C-4.

The Khnum also now gets covered in blood when it's damaged.

Personally, I like the idea that the Khnums are too tough to be gibbed but this is well done!
