18/08/2024: XML update
- Psycast library integration - When Psycast library is enabled, NPC inquisitors comes with specific psycasts if VPE is not enabled. If VPE is enabled, they will get few psycast stats instead.
- Misconfigured pawn kind fixed - mainly some NPC pawns those who supposed not to have Psykers now became non-psyker if they newly spawns afterwards.

I can't seem to equip the light power pack, despite wearing the light power armour...? It says required apparel is missing. Am I missing something??

@fat cat Just saw your comment - I was a bit of busy for Genestealer Cult and the Hivecult rework. As I already mentioned, Inquisition queued first, and I need few more parts for Astra Militarum Faction; Regiment Advisors, Ministorum Priest, at least one of the Command Squad and Cadian Castellan or other HQ equivalent armor, plus abilities for them and Royal Titles (small update from old version) and precepts for them.
