The Melancholy

The Melancholy is a very detailed character made by the the Sani and Yupi, who are extremly famous in MUGEN community.
I ported it to Rivals of Aether as a characther! (it doesn't have a health bar)
So, let me introcude his many incredible gimmicks.
========================GIMMICKS=============================
Voltage Meter - A meter, that fills on hitting other players, buffs knockback when charged.
Stress Meter - A meter, that fills passively, when attacking and on getting hit, buffs damage when charged.
Voltage and Stress meters when charged will drain until zero, making the buff eventually dissappear.
Super Meter - just like any other MUGEN char, but in this one, it has a different porpuse!
Burst Meter - That Burst word on your hud is actually a meter! press Attack + Special when it's cyan, to activate The Melancholy's version of Mc. Burst, after using this meter, it will reset and fill overtime, you can't speed up it's filling speed. Hitting your opponent with Mc. Burst will instantly fill voltage meter.
Bloodstained mode - when both Stress and Voltage meter are filled, you will go into the Bloodstained mode with a cutscene of that.
When you are bloodstained, you will have both buffs active, even if one of meters will run out, but when both meters run out, bloodstained mode will be disabled.
Full Super Meter can be exchanged to instant bloodstained mode by pressing Special + Smash.
Super moves can only be actiavted in bloodstain mode.

Melancholy can't parry, roll or airdodge, but he has a Guard Fry abilty, that can be activated by pressing shield on ground. using Guard Fry requires voltage. Guard Fry lasts for 40 frames (0.67 seconds), durning that time, any damage and knockback will be reversed, projectiles will not be parried, they will disappear and the damage will be dealen to thier owner.
========================ATTACKS==================
NOTE: Taunt is also a functional button. DTAUNT, FTAUNT UTAUNT, air taunts and dash taunt are all attacks!
Melancholy's basics follow the normal system of the Rivals of Aether, but UAIR and DAIR are replaced with NAIR.

DSpecial: Calvados Teleportation
Melancholy leaves an afterimage, and if you use Dspecial again you will teleport to it!
FSpecial: Mystic Rythm
A backwards dash, this moment can be used by an enemy to predict the attack.
But you can cancel it to a strong attack, if you press Special again, you can change attack you want to cancel the dash to, by holding different directions:

No direction / Forward: Mystic Punch
A very strong punch with very decent knockback.

Up: Mystic Swipe
Swipe, that can be very useful to hold the enemy back, since it has way more knockback than damage and the hitstun time is very low as well.

Down: grab n' toss
Melancholy grabs the enemy and runs, holding the grabbed opponent near the ground racking up damage, and then tosses him upwards.

Nspecial: Notepad
Melancholy opens a notepad and writes text in it, that hits the opponent.
The font size can be increased by holding the NSPECIAL.

Dash Taunt: Squish to code.
Melancholy turns enemy into the lines of code and hits him by using the "fold" button.

Uspecial: Mystical uppercut
An uppercut, that launches very high up, but has short horizontal range.

==============================SUPERS=======================================
Supers can be activated in Bloodstained mode, but they will take away stress and voltage, making you only able to use 2 or even less supers per Bloodstained mode.

Special + Shield: Turning Point.
Melancholy uses cursor to drag the enemy and toss him to the recycle bin.
Attack + Shield: Summer Delight.
Melancholy makes 3 big explosions with the giant fry.
Special + Taunt: Behead Skyline.
Melancholy summons an helper afterimage, that will fly to opponent and damage him.
Afterimage will deal extra-damage at the last hit.
Attack + Taunt: Late Night Anxeity.
Melancholy makes a combo with his giant fry, piercing the enemy at the last hit, after piercing the enemy, he jumps insanely high still holding the opponent, then he releases the fry seperating everyone, as the finisher, he catches his fry mid-air and hits the opponent.
Shield + Taunt: Skyrate
Melancholy summons the tornado, that when hits someone, will instantly kill him and take all stocks at once with cutscene, but this move takes all of stress and voltage and has a big delay before the hitbox and very short range.
P.s : I dodn't add the music in SkyRate because it's copyrighted.

Melancholy's 12th pallete is Shadow Mode.
In Shadow Moode all meter fill naturally and Bloodstained mode runs out a lot slower.
