I'm Proud of it!

Description
Ever wished your pawns had a deeper emotional response after pouring their sweat into crafting a masterpiece? Or perhaps felt frustrated when they churned out a pile of junk? Does the Monument quest feel like a pure annoyance? This mod is made for exactly that!

Mod Overview

Pawns will now gain a mood buff (pride) after crafting high-quality items, buildings, or completing monuments. Conversely, they will feel frustrated if they make a pile of junk.

For monuments, all colonists will receive a +8 mood buff for 10 days.

Detailed Description

For crafting, sculpting, and building, the mood buff is related to the work amount and relative quality. Relative quality is the difference between an item's quality and the pawn's crafting/artistic/construction skill level. Even if a pawn's skill is very low, they can still receive a buff after producing an average quality item (because it's good enough for their relative low skill).
Skill levels and item qualities are categorized as follows:

Level
Skill Level
Item Quality
0
0
Awful
1
1-4
Poor
2
5-9
Normal
3
10-18
Good
4
19+
Excellent
5
Masterwork
6
Legendary

For example, a pawn with a crafting skill of 8 (Level 2) who crafts a Good chain shotgun (Level 3) will have a relative quality of 3 - 2 = 1. This pawn will receive a +4 mood buff for one day. The higher the relative quality, the greater the mood buff and the longer its duration.

Since the size and work amount of monuments are inherently related to colony development, they are set as constants.

And you can change them in mod settings.

Continuing the issue @fantasia5thsymphony has reported, this seems to be a problem affecting all working creatures that do not possess an Ideoligion. Another user has reported this incompatibility with Misc. Robots++. I've opened an Issue on Github [github.com] for further discussion.

Further considering this, I was only testing construction with the androids from 'androids for RW 1.5' mod. They seem to not have any mood bonuses of any kind besides 'soulless automaton +200' I wonder if that contributed to the glitch

Had an issue where some kinds of furniture would vanish upon completion. I tried a number of things but the issue resolved after removing this mod. Something might be up with assigning quality on completion I'm not sure
