I very much like this idea and a vanilla texture pack styled version of this would also be cool

make a dark red one that looks like crimtane/ a purple one that looks like demonite

The color was to match with the linked UI file (the Touhou UI)

But you are free to modify the files by going to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\105600\3305471906\Content\Images\UI"(if defualt installation was used) and modifying the png file, There are some marks to guide where is drawing the game the bar(Alongside other.... stuff)

Or if a specific color is wanted a lot in general, i could make a version for it
