Finally! No more unnecessary callouts!

A completely optional module that rewrites the default PVOX damage system to be less immersion-breaking.

How's this different from PVox's defaults?

All enemy VOX code is now ran when NPCs take damage, as opposed to on inputs, which can lead to unexpected behaviour such as calling out a NPC when you don't have a gun out, or even saying you spotted an enemy multiple times, even when you know they exist.
Confirm killing is dead. I have killed it. (not really), but in SMARTDMG, confirm killing is a keybind. Meaning that you can bind the callout for confirming a kill using the pvox_smart_confirm command. It is serverside however, so clients will not be able to see the command in their autocomplete, but it should still work the same. However, shooting a body instead calls out the module's killed, as it seems more realistic.
Actual Knowledge of Your Surroundings - instead of the callouts for spotting enemies just seeming like a callout with a enemy in your cursor by pressing right click, they are more of a callout to people around you when you are shooting an enemy/NPC, this makes it much more reliable and realistic in actual combat.

Note that this module DOES override the default behaviour of PVox. This means that any conditions where PVox sends confirm_kill, enemy_spotted, and enemy_killed, are now overridden, and won't callout. This also presents a new issue, this module is incompatible and undefined behaviour may occur when installed with other damage override modules. For developers; to get around this, you can run the overriden modules by calling SetNWBool("RanFromSmart", true)
