@bbiggs214 The workshop functions are still in testing. Perhaps it will be released next week. If you don't want to wait. You can activate it through this method.
LIBRARY - DD2 (Right Click or Click the gear button) - Properties... - Betas
Switch the "Beta Participation" to "coming_in_hot-Experimental builds"
Open the game. Click "Mods" at bottom to active mod version. Click "Mods" at lower right corner to open mod menu. Check and sort mods you have subscribed.

Hearty Snowflake where do I actually add your mod or put it on top? from initial screen there is zero way to instal any mods, Its not like DD1. Assume for a sec that me and others are not computer people like you we just like games, how the heck can we instal yours or anyones?
