As this goes totally beyond what the game (and some mods) expect, expect some incompatibilities.

Known issues:
[RH2] Faction: Task Force 141 (No Military aid will come as your relationship will be higher than 100)

Original mod notes (1.2):

Relationship points with other factions is now infinity [technically, 2147483647]. For people who want to be a good neighbor with other factions or think that it should be very hard to fix the relationship with the faction as you attack their bases and harvest their people's organs.

You could try the original, it might work. I don't have much interest in backward compatibility.

It doesn't touch that functionality, but that might be worth looking into as an option.

Does this prevent faction relationships naturally heading toward some preset value like they do in vanilla? It bugs me how RimWorld's touted as a story generator, but then I can't have a story where I manage to overcome hostilities and become a trading hub.
