[TTT/2] Test Round Initiator

A common problem on servers with lots of traitor weapons is the fact that people feel overwhelmed very quickly and stick to a small variety of traitor weapons of which they know how they work. This addon aims to fix that.

This Addon grants a chat command to superadmins to initiate a test round in TTT which prevents a round from ending, makes everyone a traitor, gives them infinite credits and respawns them when they die.

Chat command to start or stop the test round: !testround

+ !testround - start or stop a test round (admins only)
+ !clean - clean the map and respawn weapons (admins only)
+ !health X - set your own health to supplied value
+ !detective, !traitor, !innocent - change your role
+ !bot X add X bots to have something to shoot at
+ !unbot to kick all bots

+ dead players respawn
+ players receive infinite credits
+ round doesn't end automatically
+ no score or karma penalties (get set to original values when test round ends)
+ caused damage is displayed in chat
