Craftable Precursor Machines

Description
Allows crafting some of Frackin' Universe's functional precursor objects that can only be obtained from random drops.

Blueprints are obtained from precursor ruins boss. Machines that uses or generates power are made on the power station, while those that doesn't are made on the nanofabricator.
