I remember entertaining the idea of a custom-made helmet model. I don't think there's an HEV Helm model in the beta files, let alone a model of Gordon himself besides his arms...

But I think you could easily jury-rig a Helmet by using some of the suit's textures and putting it around a self-constructed beta-style HEV Helm model.
