Description
Balances nukes to make them easier to shoot down but explode bigger.

- Reduced vanilla nuke health by 30%
- Increased explosion radius by 20%
- Nukes explode when shot down

Yea...can nukes not be shot down in the base game? That might be a good enough feature for Walt to just put in the game anyways if not...
