Black Chili Pepper Skin

Description
FMB's favorite mods for FlatOut 2.

Black Chili Pepper with white stripes.
(This skin keeps Chili Pepper's legacy.)

Since it's not possible to add skins as "new" this one replaces "Skin 3" (dark red).
We already have red skin so why the need for 2?

Also damaged texture is working very epic. 👍
