Next Gen PGRS S BEV Fix

Description
This is a fix for the Scania S BEV when using the Next Gen PGRS pack by Eugene.

Fixes:
- Missing Steering wheel rim when in interior view
- Missing Fender top when using full paint or full plastic rear fender
- Missing foglights on non-default bumper options
- Restored default Scania logos to restore chrome logo option
