16 Building Slots for Hordes

As title implies, this makes it so hordes have 16 building slots. Should work with custom character mods that reference existing horde database.

Should be compatible with pretty much everything

Requires Mixer to work.

AFTER FURTHER TESTING THIS CURRENTLY DOESN'T AFFECT VANILLA HORDES. It may or may not affect custom hordes depending on how the mod was written, but I have confirmed it will be possible to make it work with mods it currently doesn't affect if I add the data for a specific mod.

Added hordes from Mixu's Legendary Lords, Legendary Characters by SCM, Legions of Nagash and Dark Omen & Shadow of the Horned Rat by Werebearus from USSR

There is a small possibility of a crash on start up if you don't have all the associated mods. Bigger brains than I say it happens because the mod is so small.
