Description

This pack aims to recreate the Kawasaki C3 bilevel railcars, both in cabcar and non-cabcar versions. These railcars are often paired with Long Island Rail's DE30ACs in their passenger trains. Cabcar includes 3-part horn. Same deal with the DE30AC: liveries and spec edits are allowed, just credit me and mark this as required if you upload.
