Taokaka

Taokaka from BlazBlue joins the fight in Smack Studio! Taokaka is a quick one when using her Specials, however just like Teddie, she doesn't have a Dash Attack. Instead if you attack while running, she'll just perform her jab. Her Up and Down Tilts can be cancelled into the Special move of the same direction by pressing the Special button. Taokaka can also cancel her jabs into her Up Tilt (after the first hit) or Side Tilt (after the second hit). Just like Teddie, she doesn't have a Get-Up Attack or an Edge Attack. Considering her combo potential with how good it is, she has a low Defense Multiplier.

NEUTRAL SPECIAL (Air Also): Cat Spirit Two!
Taokaka jumps forward and does some kicking. On ground, she can only send out three kicks, but in the air she can send out four. The last hit does the most knockback, but difficult to connect. Position yourself well!

SIDE/UP/DOWN SPECIAL (Air Also): Dancing Edge
Taokaka's Drive in BlazBlue is iconic and for Smack Studio, this is her main way of moving around while attacking. Depending on motion input depends on the direction. Her Side is self-explanatory and her Up and Down are diagonal. If you are on the ground and do Down Special, she'll leap up first before doing Dancing Edge. There is one big factor to account for and it is whether you hold or tap the Special button when performing Dancing Edge. Tapping the button once will make Taokaka bounce from the opponent once the move connects. Holding the button makes Taokaka continue moving forward. Use the correct use of the button depending on what's safe. One more thing, there is a hitbox on her arm when she performs any version of this move. So, it can easily be countered.
