[GLF] Battle Mage 战斗法师 - Fire While Moving Addon

Description
iDon'tSpeakRussian! added the ability for mages to fire while moving. I've removed it from the main mod but added it in here. This mod won't ever break, but could use new units added to it.

This will need a submod for SFO.
