- Fixes Spawn rates to be more rare, fits roleplay servers
- Fixes the tooltip grammatical issues
- Reverts the baking tray texture back to vanilla instead of the meth tray
- Lowers the chance to find cocaine bricks
- Fixes the broken recipes (not able to get trays, cooking pots and empty whiskey bottles back)
- Optimizes texture for less lag (44.323 MB to 2.332 MB)

@MobileSuitCleb that's not a bad idea, I can do that, I am planning on adding a few features including getting an empty ziploc bag used to bag the meth/coke/heroine and it can be found in garbage cans and an addiction system and some other things, I'll open a discussion thread.

Getting an error on world create related to the meth tray, not sure if expected or not
