Very Zealous Crusader Tweaks

Bringing the zeal and zealotry to the Crusader hero class. This is yet another of those vanilla class tweaks mod that many people have done, this is my own spin on it. If this particular "rebalance" is overpowered or underpowered, pls let me know in the comments, feedback are appreciated!

What changed:

> Zealous Accusation: now hit single enemy in any position, marks target and give -10%/-12.5%/-15%/17.5%/-20% PROT debuff for 3 rounds.

> Zealous Judgement: replaces Stunning Blow, hit enemy in any position, +100% damage against marked, activates Riposte

> Stunning Blow: removed, but now a Riposte activated by Zealous Judgement, ACC 75, half damage, and 100% base stun chance.

> Holy Lance: now have Armour Piercing, can now target 1st rank enemy

> Inspiring Cry: no longer heals, but now targets entire party, and instead clears Horror.

UPDATE:

19/8/2024: Buffed vs marked damage of Judgement from 45% to 100%

20/8/2024: Holy Lance can now target 1st rank enemy
