海兰德铁道学园所属、CCC（中央管制中心）的干部。

在列车驾驶方面有卓越的才能，与其双胞胎妹妹望一同被选为干部。但是十分不擅长文件和管理业务。是忠实于当时的欲望，不在意他人目光的特殊性格，往往容易引发各种事件。

Hikari is a member of the Central Control Center, the student council of Highlander. Despite her position, she tends not to take her work seriously and is often causing trouble alongside her twin sister Tachibana Nozomi.

@螺旋机の終末ヤン炭焼きのコ科比尼次郎さま 直接学习小人的制作是比较困难的，因为spb+ik+静态表情这几个东西本身对新人就不友好，建议先使用传统的方法做一个“白板”小人，b站上的教程有很多，bl流程和max流程都有， https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2225904754 这个指南和这个大佬的其他指南也可以理解一下大致的流程和工序。
