Teto Vanity Sets - Pets Update

Teto Vanity Sets adds a lot of variations of Teto! (included some unique stuff)
All vanity sets can be bought from Kasane Teto NPC. (spawned by crafting (from 15 Silk on workbench) and having a Teto Plush in inventory)
Recommended to play with Census.
UTAU Teto is based on dinidini's vanity from the base tmodloader.
Preview art is based on 2組 artwork.
