HUD and MFD Software Upgrade

Description
Adds various QOL upgrades to the HUD and MFDs

HUD:
- ILS Needles
- HUD Clock (F-45 and EF-24)

TSD:
- SAM Threat Rings
- Displays TSD cursor Bullseye location
- Displays TSD cursor location on the radar page
- Flight members are colored pink on the TSD page and HUD
- TGP/EOTS Auto-Slave to the TSD (F-45 and EF-24)

MFD:
- Displays radar cursor Bullseye location on the Radar Page
- TGP Auto-Slave to the Radar (FA-26 and T-55)

MMFD:
- In Game Clock
- TGP Page (for use with the A2A TGP)
- Fuel converted to pounds

More to Come:
- Bullseye info on radar page
- Bullseye info on HUD
- Continuous meatball on the HUD
- Color Coded Flight members on NAV and TSD
- Max G Indicator
- Extra Radar contact info on the hud

MisterCadrega I know its a game and not 1:1 but most Aviation including GA use imperial measurements. Stuff like Angels 8 = 8000FT

Ah. My mistake. I had missed the note that fuel converted to lbs.

Discovered a bug. This causes the displayed fuel value on all aircraft to double, for some reason.

Please allow us who live in civilised countries use a proper unit measure system for fuel consumption.

@PonyJarRadiator this mod breaks any Jank aircraft. Cmbrsome's plane(s) work perfectly fine with it though

I love this mod, But unfortunately it seems to be Bricking Digital Fuel gauges on some Modded Planes.
It bricks it so bad even the Options page's fuel gauge gets stuck, which is sad because i love the TGP Slave and its why i kept this mod loaded.

I'm 100% Sure this mod is Bricking at Minimum Jank's ASF58

I know this probably won't get fixed since its just a mod conflicting with another mod, merely posting it for anyone who comes looking for answers about it.

hey just FYI the TTI is being added to the Vanilla game (right now on PTB) so you might wonna see in removing it from the mod in the future to prevent conflicts!
