Reworked War Torn Faces & Hands

The original re-uploaded mod by Vamandrac was kinda incomplete so I tried giving every face textures in the game files consistency, so now everyone has that dreary, dirty, ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up, depressing war torn look. The difference between this and the re-uploaded mod is that I dirtied up the player models / view model hands so it would match their faces.
