You can shift click on some line to highlight it

Entities are colored relative to top entity, so purple doens't necessary means laggy
Look at color distribution instead, is it uniform or everything is green and only one entity is purple?

Also draw time is deceiving, because it's not draw time, it's time of making draw calls to gpu,
gpu may struggle and drop fps even with low "draw" time
