Threads - Traffic Warden Playermodel

Description
Playermodel of the traffic warden from the movie Threads (1984), could be good for Fallout RP.

Reskin of the Yugoslav Police models by Jogurcik101. I don't know the original source for these models.

This is my first time making a GMod asset, so let me know if there are any problems.
If it's not working, try mounting DoD.
