Description
This mod simply stops time on the radial menu instead of slowing. I have been modding other games like fallout and skyrim for years and decided to learn this so expect more.

The mod is useful but I found a bug: in radial menu you may hold the key to choose oil or elixir for the slot. After this action the menu stops responding to keys except meditation and cannot be closed (only if you go to meditation and then close meditation's menu).

Please make a mod so that we can loot when we are on the horse. Instead of getting off the horse every time :Dandelion:

To everyone I thank you all for your feed back and for using it. Actively learning more and more I have been modding games from Bethesda for years now. So this Tool set is very new to me but already I am loving it because its so user friendly. So more will come including a cloak mod.

I wonder if this could combine with Bullet-Time Like Sword Strikes... Where the target is still, and if you land a sword hit/strike a corresponding gash/ wound will appear along the contact cutting area... I know its a lot but maybe it can work ?????
