HEMTT w/ Deployable MIM-145 Defender

Heavy Expanded Mobility Tactical Truck w/ Deployable MIM-145 Defender

Part of a bigger mod I'm working on, but I believe the workshop needs this. Enjoy.
Comes in Sand and Olive variants.

Fits perfectly in combination with HEMTT - Deployable Radar!

This composition has no crew, it's empty. However, here's one with the UAV Operator inside!

HOW TO USE:
STEP 1. - Get out of the damn vehicle. Deploy the MIM-145 Defender. When deploying, make sure the clear the 10m radius around the back of the vehicle and make sure HEMTT is not manned.
STEP 2. - Once deployed, hack it and use it at will. Meanwhile all HEMTT seats are removed until you deactivate the SAM. This is to prevent the misuse of the composition and taking advantage of it.
STEP 3.1. - When you're done using it, deactivate it and all seats will then be unlocked.
STEP 3.2. - When you need to use it, activate it again. HEMTT seats are locked again, Defender is ready to use, but you need to hack it again.

HOW TO REARM/REPAIR:
STEP 1. Park the rearm/repair vehicle near the deployed Defender.
STEP 2. Take control of the Defender and point to the truck. Interact with it to rearm/repair.

Description:
A composition which enhances the already lacking vanilla content, this one in particular makes use of HEMTT in combination with MIM-145 Defender trailer. We all know that towing vehicles in vanilla ArmA 3 is not possible, so I added 3 user actions that add the ability to drive the HEMTT where you need to and deploy the Defender.

You only need to deploy the Defender once, then there's nothing more you can do with that user action. After that, there's only deactivate and activate user actions.

The composition consists of vanilla assets, uses the vehicle's init field to execute scripts. No need for any special attention when placing this composition in either editor or Zeus. Simple place and use.

Works flawlessly in singleplayer and missions in general, however... for multiplayer purposes you must include " zeusCompositionScriptLevel = 2; " in the description file of the dedicated server... or you can use the following mod: Enable Composition Scripts (do read what's it about).

Known "issues":
- Don't even bother using the action "Deploy MIM-145 Defender" once you have used it, because there is no need to use it again and it doesn't do anything.
- Don't even think about deploying the Defender with someone inside the HEMTT because it will explode and you can say goodbye to your vehicle.
- When the vehicle is destroyed, you can still interact with the wreckage and use the user actions, but they won't do anything.
- Deploying the Defender on other objects that can be hidden, such as docks or other buildings provides... different experiences. Probably not the best idea to deploy the Defender there, rather keep deploying it on solid, hard surfaces.

Greetings everyone!

For future subscribers of this composition, I will be releasing this as a standalone mod. A combination of both Radar and SAM variants. I will think about adding CSAT and AAF/LDF variants too.

@Uncle Bob - You need to interact with the HEMTT itself when outside the vehicle (position yourself as close to the center of the vehicle as possible).

It has an interaction menu with 3 user actions (you can see in the screenshots of the composition).

It is all explained in "How to use" section in the description. :)

Composition spawns without the MIM, is there something I'm missing? When I try spawning the MIM I can't find a way to tow it to the HEMTT either.

@Blackbomber - I agree. I see no reason why not try, improvise and hop around engine limitations of Arma 3, with such easy and simple to use functions that the game has.
