Manageable Jelly

Description
Allows you to manage Insect Jelly via the drug priorities menu.
Intended for use with the Insector Xenotype mod to allow scheduled consumption of insect jelly for the insector race.
Should be placed after any other mod that modifies insect jelly.

I notice this changes the default behavior of how Insect Jelly works. It doesn't just let you administer it as a drug, it stops colonists from treating it like a food. I restricted someone to only jelly, they got quite hungry, and then uninstalled the mod. They immediately went for the jelly.

Not necessarily a bad thing depending on how you want to play, but you might want to include that in the description.

I believe if you're using Vanilla Factions Expanded - Insectoids 2, royal insect jelly should already be on the drugs priority list.
