These cons are basically just the cons from the Halloween update. It's fine, but not really adding any more variety. It's just combining effects into one.
Also, there are too many repeated effects in the cards. You reused the "processes are x% slower", "grabbers transfer x% slower" and "desks can only be used once per day" on many cards.
The cons are also way too punishing for the little benefit you get from.
A few of these cards have very good design, like firesale and beanery. But otherwise they're kind of lackluster.
