With the Great Mistake the Nord Sea came runing on the heads of the 12 partially federated states of Belgium.
Flooded, the survivors of many different linguistic groups came together to build a new floating survivalist country.
United once again, in search for a new place to split into plenty political entities... and call it home.

The United Federations of Belgium taxe a LOT it's citizen, therefore, has a bit more money then other civ. (And yes, you are the governement, so you are free to spend it on silly things ;))

Sponsor bonus: +1 energy for each manufactory and plantation.

New Colonist: Administrator +4 energy, +2 culture, -2 production per city.

New Cargo: FN Engineer: +1 Affinity Level upon landfall (unlock Marines)

AI Behavior: I made a lot change to the AI behavior of the Belgium Federation to fit it's choice more to the Belgium mentality. The AI should act in a more defencive way, but hate warmonger and attack on stations.

This mod originate as a joke between 2 friends of mine and me while we were playing our first hot seat game of Civ BE, on the day of the release.
As there is support from the community from it, I decided to update it to make it more polish. The work is still in progress.
