The Heist: NCPD Police Pack

Description
The N.C.P.D or "Nexus City Police Department" are the local law enforcement, maintaining order in the city's active sectors.
**NOTE**
In order to allow players to play against NCPD in the levels, all of the NCPD's characters have replaced the vanilla characters that appeared in The Heist (In Arena Mode except Cityboy)

shield units seem to prefer two handing their pistols instead of using their shields.
