Fixes and Less Pop-In for Weapons and Standards

Description
This mod gives most weapons and the standards of Babylon, Hanigalbat, and the King of the Universe the same models at all distances, eliminating a sometimes distracting pop-in effect. It also adjusts the appearance of certain spears and javelins, and modifies Iolaos' sword and Achilles' spear so that they are held properly.

Does it make javelins darker and thus more visible with low/no trails? Theres a mod for arrows that does that and its great.
