Description
Turns Evangelists into a menace by increasing the efficiency of their turns.

Thanks to Discord user @aidanqt at DDcord for the ideas - I didn't even think much of Evangelists before now. For most Cultist encounters, Evangelists are a low priority target due to their tankiness and having very slow / inefficient moves compared to what Cherubs or Heralds can put out. The aim of this mod is to make them consistently more threatening, have less "dead time" where they move between ranks or buff themselves and encourage targeting them sooner.

+ Evangelist: Nocturne Commune now grants them x2 CRIT instead of x1 CRIT, and had it's cooldown increased to 2 Turns.
+ Evangelist: Rush Judgment now moves them Forwards 2 instead of Forwards 1.
+ Evangelist: HP reduced from 28 to 24.

This mod was mostly made to experiment how slight changes may affect tactics in combat, and I'm interested in making other very slight adjustments to things I perceive as over or undertuned without massive changes. If you have any suggestions, tips, or constructive criticism, I am always glad to read them!
